This Cathedral was built in the early 1900's and was home to many dignitaries. It measures 175 by 96 and has 40 foot tall ceilings. Nice sounding set with distinct early reflections, and without a lot of excessive "color" to the sound. There are 15 stereo mic positions in this room along with 5.1 surround files ready to be imported into your favorite DAW or convolution engine. Beyond the normal mic positions and patterns, some of the most interesting files were recorded on stage in back of the impulse, close to the "dome" structure and then the front side prayer rooms. Try applying these impulses to an acoustic piano, and you will not be disappointed. These are all 96/24 wav files and were captured via swept sine method. Overall reverb time is around 4 seconds. Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this place is!
